The primary purpose of the expert program is to create a high degree of verifiable mastery in specific TOC Thinking Processes and TOC Logistical solutions. The Jonah Program^® and the Jonah’s Jonah Program^® are the premier programs for TOC Thinking Process skills and facilitating business strategy respectively. The Technical Expert Programs in Supply Chain and in Project Management equip a participant with the relevant knowledge to begin or continue a more effective implementation within the respective logistical solution. The Deployment Expert Program enables Technical Experts, through the use of focused thinking processes to address issues with implementing and conducting buy-in within a logistical solution deployment.

AGI introductory programs are tailored to business and enterprise leadership seeking to understand the basic TOC principles. Our introductory programs offer information-packed two-day seminars covering different business applications where TOC has successfully improved system performance.

Since 2000, AGI has presented five TOC World^® conferences, the preeminent global conference on TOC, showcasing companies on the forefront of successful implementations sharing their most recent experiences and TOC Experts providing insights and guidance in many facets of the Theory of Constraints. In April 2008, AGI continues its leadership in the integration of TOC, Lean and Six Sigma improvement methodologies by presenting Velocity – The World Conference on TOC, Lean and Six Sigma.
