AGI Expert Certification Programs

AGI Expert Certification Programs have been specifically designed to create a high degree of verifiable mastery in TOC application and Thinking Process skills. This mastery is systematically introduced through a proven combination of education, training, and mentored on-the-job-experience. Specially-selected, highly-qualified and experienced AGI practitioners are responsible for conducting the knowledge transfer and mentoring.

The AGI Expert Programs exist for the creation of in-house experts who typically become the primary catalysts for change within organizations that have decided to make TOC an integral part of how they manage. It also exists for the certification of independent consultants wishing to work with clients who demand to be serviced only by practicing AGI Certified Experts.

Expert programs encompass essential aspects of the AGI TOC Body of Knowledge: corporate strategy, business management strategy, market strategy, multi-project management, supply chain management, production management, distribution management, TOC Thinking Processes, and day-to-day problem solving tools. Unlike other types of expert programs that only certify knowledge acquisition, AGI's Expert Programs certify mastery.

Internal Experts are a critical success factor for every implementation of TOC. They should be created as early as possible on the implementation timeline. This will permit quicker movement through the requisite phases; maximize the opportunities for mentoring of the Internal Experts by AGI facilitators; enable the organization to become self sufficient sooner; and ultimately lead to the institutionalization of the required TOC principles with few distortions.
