Project Management with the Right Stuff, Part Two The 412th Test Wing, located at Edwards Air Force Base, California, plans, executes, and reports on test and evaluation projects dealing with airframe, propulsion, and avionics and electronic warfare for the United States Air Force, as well as commercial and foreign customers.
