Training Programs for Implementation
AGI has developed a series of modularized training programs to support the roll out of TOC logistic-based solutions. These programs are responsibility-specific and meant to be used on a just-in-time basis. Each training module follows a three part design:
- transferring conceptual foundation
- transferring the organization’s specific processes and tools
- the student’s immediate, direct application of the process and tool to their responsibility.
These programs integrate process and software into a seamless program in support of the organization’s desired operational model. Based on AGI’s model to overcome layers of resistance, the modules ensure an organizational transformation while minimizing organizational churn.
