Introductory Training Programs
AGI offers two-day introductory training programs at its locations or on a dedicated basis at a client site. These programs are designed to deliver a basic level of understanding of a specific TOC solution and include the major elements of the solution.
On a dedicated basis, these programs can be customized to achieve buy-in of key leaders within the organization to move forward with a particular solution.
