Presenter: Beating to the Sound of a Virtual Drum Elbit Systems Ltd is a contractor and multidisciplinary integrator of large-scale upgrade programs for aircraft, helicoptors, tanks, and other combat platforms. Advanced systems and products based on state-of-the-art technologies are developed, manufactured, marketed and supported by the company and used to upgrade existing equipment in modernization programs. From an initial implementation in 1997, find out how they used the TOC Multi-Project Management approach on all of their development projects, and have met schedules and improved quality. As a result, company revenues have increased by over 12% in one year and they have a 6% increase in backlog of orders! Presenters: TOC Supply Chain Case Study A manufacturer of frames and shelves for storage and display, primarily for retail outlets such as WalMart, Meijer and K-Mart, this +$200 million company also manufactures conveyor systems. They have three primary customer channels: distributors, direct customers, and large retail customers. This case study will describe their journey in using TOC to enhance the performance of their overall supply chain. Emphasis will be placed on the need to recognize the difference between physical and non-physical constraints, internal and external constraints, and their efforts to ensure that the rules of the links are in alignment with the rules of the chain. The need for a total solution of thoughtware and software will also be shared with the audience.

Presenters: Addressing a Sales Constraint by the Book Clowes Group is a £20 million printing company in the North East of England with nearly 400 employees. Saved from 10 years of continuous downsizing by a management buy-out of the company, they read The Goal and started implementing TOC with astonishing results! With the rapid improvements in production, it wasn't long before they faced a sales constraint. Their commercial department was overloaded with quotations, yet they were only awarded one contract out of 15, and even losing long-standing accounts. Presenter: Bridging the Gap between Orders and Delivery - Using TOC for Project Management Seabridge is an Israeli subsidiary of Siemens which develops switches. It's a $10 million company which employs 120 people. After implementing the TOC Multi-Project Management solution, Seabridge was able to turn around years of project delays and deliver its first project just one month late.
