A manufacturer of frames and shelves for storage and display, primarily for retail outlets such as WalMart, Meijer and K-Mart, this +$200 million company also manufactures conveyor systems. They have three primary customer channels: distributors, direct customers, and large retail customers.

This case study will describe their journey in using TOC to enhance the performance of their overall supply chain.
