Today the stock trades at $52 - that's a 1,880% increase in the last three months. JMT-15 - The New CRT

Presenter:
Dale Houle, Managing Partner, AGI

The new approach to constructing the Current Reality Tree is based on what is called the "3-Cloud" Approach, which drives directly for the core conflict underlying the UDEs. This brings the remainder of the construction process to explaining why the Core Conflict leads to the UDEs. This has not only significantly simplified the entire construction process, but has also changed the focus of the Current Reality Tree from identifying the Core Problem to identifying the Core Conflict.

The second major change in the process involves the incorporation of the Policies, Measurements, and Behaviors stemming from the Core Conflict and leading to the UDEs. This step in the process truly turns the CRT into a real roadmap for the FRT, thus reducing significantly the time required to construct the FRT. Both of these changes together make the CRT a more user-friendly tool, and the FRT construction process easier and faster, which makes it possible to do a full TP analysis in a day rather than days.

It also discusses how managers can lead people in realizing those adaptations while building consensus throughout the organization. You'll learn how the combined use of the 6 Phases of Consensus and the day-to-day applications of the TOC Thinking Processes provide the tools for creating a culture that is ever-responsive to an ever-changing environment.
