TOC Project Management Expert Training Program

The TOC Project Management Technical Expert (TE) Program provides people who are part of a TOC implementation with the technical know-how required to properly apply the application concepts, use the related techniques, and provide solid technical guidance to personnel within the organization who have not been trained to that level.

Graduates of the TOC Project Management Technical Expert Program who are intended to play more of a leadership role in a given implementation attend the Deployment Expert (DE) Program to learn how to lead and deploy a TOC design within their organization. This includes instruction in the customization of both the design and the deployment tasks and resolving design and deployment issues without distorting the solution.

In the Master of Organizational Alignment (MOA) Program, graduate Deployment Experts, learn how to effectively handle the cultural and organizational disconnects between the new desired operational culture and the current belief and practices. The MOA works with individuals and groups to facilitate win-win solutions to the issues and disconnects to enable the organization to deploy more quickly, with less road blocks.

The Jonah Program^® (JP) is specifically designed for graduate Deployment Experts who have a requirement to perform strategic organizational analyses aimed at achieving significant improvements either within the specific context of a TOC implementation or the overall business strategy, or who have been selected by the organization to become a Jonah’s Jonah. The Jonah’s Jonah Program^®, for Jonah Program^® graduates, provides participants with the technical know-how to facilitate organizational leadership in developing the necessary strategy and tactics for achieving focused and sustained improvement to the organization’s target TOC implementation. The Jonah’s Jonah is able to conduct business management strategy sessions using the TOC Breaking Organizational Constraints format. The Jonah’s Jonah Program^® is a prerequisite for both the Project Management and Thinking Processes Master Trainer Programs.

The TOC Project Management Master Trainer (PMMT) Program provides participants (already graduates of the Jonah’s Jonah Program^®) with the know-how to deliver the Technical Expert training program within their organization to sustain their implementation through ensuring necessary Technical Experts are available internally. This level of expertise also requires a formal license agreement with AGI.

The TOC Thinking Processes Master Trainer (TPMT) Program, also for Jonah’s Jonah Program^® graduates, provides participants with the know-how to deliver the Jonah Program^® and coach and mentor students through their Thinking Processes analyses. TPMT are recommended for enterprises that need effective development of many areas of strategy to achieve and sustain results. This level of expertise also requires a formal license agreement with AGI.

AGI Certification Process
The AGI Certification Process consists of examinations that have been carefully designed to test a candidate’s mastery of the technical concepts, processes, procedures, and command of the tools that are available to support the execution of their roles and responsibilities within their organization. That is, whether the candidate can demonstrate a command of the knowledge fundamental to performing effectively at their appointed role.
