Peter McManus
 Senior Finance and Human Resources Manager
Peter has been with AGI-Goldratt Institute since 2006. Reporting to the CFO and Managing Partner, he is responsible for the financial and accounting activities of four enterprises; preparing monthly and year-end reporting; interfacing with external banking, financial and accounting firms and DoD sub-contractors; preparing federal contract proposals and track liquidations; assisting with year-end federal and state tax reporting; and provide oversight for employee benefit and retirement plans.
He brings to AGI more than 20 years of progressive financial and executive experience, and a solid record of managing costs, increasing throughput and growing revenue.
Peter has a M.Ed. and a BS in Psychology.
Robbin Seipold
 Manager - Client Services
Robbin joined AGI in 1995 and has been involved in all aspects of customer service, from class registration to logistical management for both on-site and off-site training to coordination of the VELOCITY World® conferences.
Prior to AGI, Robbin was employed in non-profit development for such organizations as the Shubert Theatre and the YWCA.
Robbin has a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) from Southern Connecticut State University.
Jennifer Foley
 Senior Logistics, IT and Website Administrator
Jennifer has been with AGI - Goldratt Institute since 1996. She is responsible for managing in-house and outsourced IT services, the logistics to support IT needs at client sites around the world, as well as the company website. Prior to joining AGI, Jennifer spent more than ten years in the entertainment industry. She has worked in artist management, venue management, and concert and event management and promotion.
Jennifer holds an MBA in International Business from the University of New Haven, and a BA from Southern Connecticut State University.
Madelyn Robinson
 Copy Center and Shipping Administrator
Madelyn has been with AGI-Goldratt Institute since 1997. She manages our copy center and shipping department, and provides support for in-house and off-site programs.
Sonia Vega
 Staff Support Administrator
Sonia first joined AGI-Goldratt Institute in 1996, initially working in the copy and shipping department, then joining the Client Services team. She currently supports all aspects of coordinating in-house and off-site programs.
Sonia has an AS in Business from Albertus Magnus College.
