SilvaCel, a South African company, processes and sells wood chips and pulp for export to Japan. Their Technical Service Manager and Planning Manager were educated through the Jonah Program^®; 19 middle-management personnel taken through a Two-Day Introduction to TOC concepts. Later two other senior management also educated as Jonahs.

• Production: Improved the logistics to increase production 100% without increasing investment
• Turnaround time for unloading trucks: Reduced approximately 72%
• Other Results: Inventory reduced significantly. Stock is currently held at correct seasonal levels required, not built to unrealistic forecasts
