Twelve people were educated in the Jonah Program at Corporate headquarters, and one, a statistician, was also licensed to teach the Management Skills Workshop.

Results:

• Operating Expense: Saved $100,000 (Canadian) in a contract negotiation with one of their vendors using the MSW tools
• Doubled employee participation in "Days of Caring", a community program that supports numerous local charities.
• Nominated for Leaders in Business Award.
• Enhanced company morale.

Other TOC projects in the planning:

• Next year plan to increase employee participation in Days of Caring to 50%.
