PRECONFERENCE
Tuesday, April 13

For those new to TOC there will be two PreConference choices covering the basics of TOC. These one-day sessions will be held on Tuesday, April 13.

One will be an Overview of the TOC Logistical Solutions. This interactive and often entertaining one-day session provides the participant with the foundational understanding of the main TOC logistical solutions found in the books The Goal, Critical Chain and It's Not Luck. The logistical solutions discussed can cause dramatic results in production, supply chain and project environments. This preconference session will better equip the person new to TOC with the basics of TOC and insights that will enable the attendee to achieve greater depth of learning during the full conference sessions.

The other session will be an Overview of the TOC Thinking Processes and Their Use in Creating Integrated Strategies. This will cover the thinking processes used to develop or derive all of the TOC solutions. You will also learn about creating successful, integrated Corporate, Market, Functional, and Business Integrated Strategies with TOC. These sessions are designed for the person new to TOC or a particular aspect of TOC and will enable the participant to get much more out of the main conference.
