Dee Jacob
April 15 at 3:30

This session looks at real Critical Chain schedules and shows several ways the Critical Chain schedule itself points to key ways to reduce lead time without adding risk. Some of the approaches demonstrated include challenging resources, challenging task dependency, times, batching and reducing gaps in the Critical Chain. This session is good for both someone experienced in Critical Chain as well as through early on in their journey.
