For those new to TOC there will be a PreConference seminar covering the basics of TOC. This one-day session will be held on Tuesday, March 28.

This interactive and often entertaining one-day session provides the participant with the foundational understanding of the TOC Thinking Processes and logistical solutions found in the books The Goal, Critical Chain and It's Not Luck. The logistical solutions discussed can cause dramatic results in production, supply chain and project environments. The Thinking Processes used in creating strategy and consensus are extremely powerful.

Through a combination of presentation, discussion, and hands on exercises the pre-conference session will better equip the person new to TOC with the basics of TOC and insights that will enable the attendee to achieve greater depth of learning during the full conference sessions.

This session will provide valuable understanding for the novice and for the person with a strong understanding of TOC in a limited area who is ready to understand the breadth of TOC.
